“Symmetry” — Tropic Of Pisces
Tropic Of Pisces is a recent project from Brooklyn-native Mathew Scheiner. The first thought that came into my head upon hearing the first 10 seconds of “Symmetry” was that this is ear candy and everybody who knows me knows I have a sweet tooth. This trop-pop song radiates all the paradisiacal bliss of a tropical island, but without all the humidity and bugs. The whirling-twirling melodious verses set off by the syncopated rhythm of the chorus make for a delightfully gratifying song. Take an auditory vacation.
